The Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Ogunlesi Enitan, has appealed to the South-East governors not to condemn the youths who were members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Rather, they should be properly reoriented and brought under one fold and tap their energies.
Ooni Enitan, who is also the co-chairman National Council of traditional rulers, said his mission to Abia State was to continue to build bridges of peace and unity across the country noting that hate speeches and disintegration would not do Nigeria any good.
According to him “am here to support the government of Abia State positively and also join the Igbos in the New Yam festival.
